Heart Monitor
Physicians in operating table Grant Medical began working with Radi Medical Systems in 2001. Since then we have grown Radis market share in cardiac pressure monitoring (FFR) in Canada from zero to the market leader. We currently supply Radi Pressure systems to two-thirds of the cardiac cath labs that do FFR measurements across Canada. Grant Medical has maintained our position as Radis number one distributor worldwide for the past six years in a row.

Grant Medical has enjoyed similar success with the Possis Medicals Rheolytic Thrombectomy System, the Angiojet. When we began working with Possis five years ago, only two sites were utilizing the Angiojet system across Canada. We are now up to seven sites and growing.

Grant Medical has recently set up multi center clinical trial for the Corevalve Percutaneous Aortic revalving system. As of the first quarter of 2007 three sites have been enrolled with the trial currently underway.

We are continuously monitoring the international medical device marketplace to identify products and import into Canada devices that will enable Canadian Physicians to offer innovative new treatments that will result in a higher quality of care for their patients.
